Production Supervisor
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Production Lines. This includes production line supervision, safety awareness, ensuring appropriate levels of staffing, quality and line performance. This proactive leader will initiate process improvements and have the ability to foresee issues, and deal with them in an effective and efficient manner, while ensuring all line targets are met on a daily basis.
Qualifications Required:
- Manufacturing experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Supervisory position.
- Post Secondary Education relative to Manufacturing, preferably in Operations Management
- The ability to promote communication and successful working relationships
- Strong leadership, with the ability to maintain a high level of commitment.
