Project Administrator
Based in Calgary, This position requires an energetic and detailed individual who will be responsible for creating individual production orders for shop loading and material planning, confirming Update production orders with actual site measurements. The qualified individual will also assist in preparation of material take off requirements, Provide data entry and other support in the creation of overall project orders. The project administrator will be communicating with internal and external departments. The ideal candidate is a self-starting individual, possessing the patience to handle the details of a support role in a constantly changing and demanding environment.
Qualifications Required:
- Post secondary education in a related field or an appropriate combination of education and experience.
- The individual has to be extremely organized, detailed oriented, resourceful and creative.
- Professional, excellent communication skills, analytical & strong organizational and time management skills are required
- Experience in Construction / Engineering and or Architecture is a definite asset
- Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Access, AutoCAD and the internet
- Knowledge of Pref Suite would be an asset
- Ability to work under pressure while meeting daily deadlines
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Reading of Blueprints would be an asset
